     ●     POSTED:        Legal fees cost County $800,000.
             FACT:             Total Legal fees through December 2015, $563,410.23 
                                   Agreement reached January 14, 2016.
 
             FACT:             Of the total of $563,410.23, the prior Board of Commissioners spent
                                   $278,150.29 over 15 months.
                                   Commissioners 2011:
                                       Steve Brown, Allen McCarty, Herb Frady,
                                       Lee Hearn, Robert Horgan
 
             FACT:             Of the total of $563,410.23, the Board of Commissioners since 2013
                                   Spent $285,259.94 over 36 months.
                                   Commissioners 2013 – 2016:
                                       Steve Brown, David Barlow, Charles Oddo, Randy Ognio,
                                       Allen McCarty/Pota Coston/Charles Rousseau
 
     ●     POSTED:        Legal fees attributed to settlement: $300,000.
